Premiered by the International Harp Orchestra Auditorio de la Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas in 1998,
conducted by Alfredo Rugeles

Commissioned by Marimolin violin and marimba duet with support by Meet the Composer
US premiere at the Dallas International Percussion Festival in 1998 with Gordon Stout, marimba
Paris premiere at the Conservatoire de Paris in 2003
